I have yet to advertise a MH, so I don’t have an answer for you there. I let the PMs do my selling for me. They get requests on a regular basis and since I pad their pocket, they usually move a unit faster than I can, and it seems to streamline the park applications as well.
As for your advertising questions, read Doc’s post on advertising. And remember, every ad is a trial ad.

I am a newbie that was wondering if anyone in the KC area has experience in putting ads in the papers here. I am aware of the KC Star Pitch and Thrifty. Has anyone had any luck with these papers? Are there any out there that I did not mention that you have had luck with? I am going to run a trial ad, but before I do, I am trying to get an opionion from someone who has done this here before. Thanks in advance.
