Remember that the Sheets course is aimed at long term growth (not necessatily quick cash). If you need more cash now look into flipping properties, as well as notes and paper. There are a lot of free “how to” articles on this site that you can read.

Hello all - As I watched the lastest Carleton Sheets TV promo it all looks so good. I believe him and the testimonials - BUT - I want to know what they don’t say. What are the ‘down sides’. I would welcome anyone’s feedback. I live in NYC, I wonder how work intensive the properties(you do become a landlord afterall)are after the purchase ? I guess I writing this/asking because I’m still not sure. Hmmm thanks for any feedback.
