My brother’s, sister and myself just received my father’s rental property and want to continue renting the properties. I have been reading numerous books which talk about forming an LLC versus just staying as 5 partners.
What I’m wondering where on the internet or books could describe to me which is the best way to go for liability coverage and taxes.
