I’d like to know if the other lots are permitted or if there is only room for these lots. Also town sewer is very good but a well may have some downfalls. You may be classified as a municiple water system and fall under federal req’s for lead, etc.
Just ask lots of questions and get all the answers in writing. Good Luck!

Asking price is 175,000…Realtor says that owners are very motivated and would entertain an offer…It has 13 lots occupied @ 75.50 per month…Lot rent in this area varies from 75-100 a month…There is room for 7-10 more lots…It has 3 stick built rental units on it that are currently rented for 300 a month…It has a well on site…It is on city sewage…Park is in good condition and is in a good location close to town…I am very interested in any advise whatsoever people on this board would like to give…
