I am looking to purchase more properties in Lee County Florida. In the Fort Myers area.
I need an aggressive CCIM Realtor or any Realtor ~ Broker that will find listed and unlisted properties. Unlisted properties Preferred. Negotiate and Write the offer and put them to bed. IM going to the second level. 500K to 1.5M. Could and will go higher with the right financing. My goal is for 100% financing. I will buy as many properties that I could that make?s senses. Around a 10 cap. Cash back is a plus?

If you manage to get a commercial deal that’s in need of work, you maybe able to do a cash out refi after fix up…

I’m also looking for 100% financing on million dollar purchases. Many properties in North Pole fit my criteria but will settle for igloo.
