I found a 3/1 sfh for 35,000. My problem is that he has a agreement for deed to a third party. He wants to sell me the house on a agreement for deed also. That would make me 3rd in line. A realtor friend told me not to touch is with a 10ft pole. If the first party gets into trouble I could lose whatever I have in it. Any advice on how I could make this work? Can I give the man in the middle 2000 so he could get out of the deal and deal directly with the owner? Thanks, Art
