Keep this up and you?ll break my record (8 times, same MH). And some people still ask me ?What if they don?t pay?? Very simple answer. First time you sell , you make money. Second time, you make more money. Third time?well I think you get the point.

I have what Lonnie calls a “perpetual money machine”
On 4-5-2001 I purchased (my first purchase of this park) a 1986 Titan 14 x 56 2/1 for $2200.00 plus about $1,500 in fix ups.
Since then I have sold it 3 times and next month I will get it back for the third time. So I am set to sell this MH again for the fourth time !! 
The total option money collected was $1,650 and the total payments were/will be $5,675. Total income = $7,325.
Now that I have almost doubled my money in just over 2 years, I’m set to sell this again for about $500 option money and about $275/mo. for about 36 months.
Each time I got the MH back it was voluntary.
To you skeptics out there…it not only is possible…it has happened and will continue to happen with others and myself.
