Oh man, I hit the jackpot today. I looked over at Ron LeGrand’s web page. www.success-di.com On his page there are “student pages.” I found 14 new investors in my area to either flip properties to or offer brokerage services. All their contact info is right there. Granted most are newbies and haven’t done a deal, but there is plenty of potential. I am psyched!
