No one comes to mind right now. I’ll let you know if I come up with any contacts. Check with local exchange and REI groups. Learn every broker in your area through their ads and asking around. Take them to lunch and get to know what they buy and what their parameters are.
Read the article “Don’t Read This if You’re From my Town” beginning on page 34 of Creative Paper Formulas. It will tell you how to work very synergistically and profitably with the other brokers/buyers in your area.
