Does anyone know of any good software programs for RE analysis and evaluation. I would like to get my hands on a program where I can plug in a few numbers(i.e. income and expenses, and debt services) and see if it is a good investment.

I use a program purchased with a Russ Whitney pachage. It works and seems to be pretty comprehensive and will deliver a 10 page report on the property for analysis suitable for showing either a lender or the seller.
