From Anderson, In been in the business for 18 years own in excess of 100 units. Mostly have bought and held for all of these years just now getting into flipping. Got my first one in Dec. and about finished fixing and ready to sell. Also just ran across a dbl. with a fire. Bousght it for $45.00 total. This was the cost of the deed. Look forward to seeing you. There are quite a few from Indiana going to Dallas.
Millie I. (full time) and Chuck P.(part time) from NW Indiana near Chicago. We will be going together with couple guys from Illinois.
