Just curious if any L/O rei’s have had any luck using a “bird dog” or referral system. How much do you pay and what are the terms. Thanks for the input.

First, no, we’ve not had much luck with bird dogs for any type deal. We’ve had quite a few folks say they were interested, but they never followed through. I guess we’re cheap compared to Monique because we offer $250 for a closed deal. We’ve paid a few referrals, but have never had someone receive more than one payment. I plan to spend some more time on it this year to see what happens. Hope that helps…
