You have a valid concern. I would not go into a 10? unless it was an option to purchase. I would limit my liability as much as possible in the event that it was tough to sell. No lot rent, no money sunk into a unmarketable asset, no move cost, no hunt for a place to put it ? just the expense of an ad, and time on the phone and showing.
Too many 12 & 14s out there to spend my money on.
