Terry and I will be doing another workshop on “How To Have Lenders Fighting To Give You Money” in May. Now please keep in mind, in order to go to our workshop, you have to be an experienced investor. The task of our workshop is to take the investor to their own next level. The Cadillac of deal making, is the utilization of a working credit line.

This year we’re also thinking of doing a workshop for Newbies, titled “Real-Estate, And How To Play The Game”. It will also be in May.
