Hello everyone!
A few postings ago I discovered that www.octitle.com was a GREAT web site to find property owners (60% of the time).
Yet, I was wondering are there any other FREE access websites for getting names of property owners besides www.octitle.com.
I work a full-time job & I can’t go to the courthouse etc… etc… to research or find anyone who is available during the day.
ALL RESPONSES ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
