I’m an investor but in this case the Military is moving me down there.I don’t have much time, I will be there on the 15 of october and I rather get me a nice LO instead of having to move two times. I am not in Orlando, but I’m close by.
I have some homes there, and surely will buy more as time goes by.
I invest mostly in areas between Orlando and Tampa.

The market in this area is full of competition, there are TONS of investors in and around Orlando making deals.
