It’s a good group (100+ people, not all members) and the organizer Phyllis does a good job. I do think the price is a bit steep, $20 per meeting or $170 per year. Although you do get a few freebies when you sign up, several available here on CREOnline.

Get there early, sit in front, and spend time mingling afterwards. That’s often when you get the gold nuggets.

Just as on this forum there are many experts who love to share info.

Be sure to get a free pen from “Jack the LoanShark”, a source for hard money loans. Also speak with Dennis Wilson, a title agent, a nice guy who can hook you up with NiteOwl, a great resource.

Hi! everybody,
I am a newbie who lives in Los angeles (CA).
There is a meeting at local investment club,every second
tuesday of the month. I never been to one before.
I found out that Bill Bronchick will be a guest speaker.
Any of youguys going there?
I would like to meet someone who has experience on tax defaulted
property sale in Los Angeles County.
By the way, I just got my real estate license.
