I am interested in getting into buying rehab properties in Austin, Texas. Does anyone know if there is an investor group there? Does anyone have any experiece in this market?

LOL, oh well, I guess it is all relative! To an old city slicker like Jim, anything under 400k in population is podunk… My definition of podunk only applies when 10 people with the flu is considered an epidemic.
As far as the Wealth Builder meetings, I make it when I can, which has been anything but regular.
Next time I go, I will be sure to introduce myself.

The “T” is for Tim and I’ve been pushing Bob to get a roster sent out for the last year to no avail. He has very little help keeping the group going. And you successfully avoided my question regarding your town. Besides curiousity, I am building my list of investors to which I can refer leads that I don’t want due to location. Hope to meet you soon, or perhaps in GA!
