I have a 3BR 1.5 BA in Zionsville (Which is just west of Carmel) under contract to purchase. Property is in good shape, needs cleaning and paint. Will consider sweat equity. Depending on option money up front the rent will be around $1100/month with a 24 month term and purchase price of $119,900. No penalty to excercise option early.
