I received a brochure from them recently, it looks as though you find and research properties, determine market value of property, assign purchase contract, submit to Nationwide who makes determination within 3 days. However if they approve, you don’t get any payout (40% of net profit) until property is rehabbed and sold which can be 60 days, I am new at the investing and perhaps a bit inpatient but otherwise has anyone has any experience with them?
