My experience with them has not been positive. A little while ago someone supposedly from Nationwide began posting hundreds of annoying messages - and refused to give any information, referrals, or proof that anyone had actually done a deal through them. I purchased their program about 2 years ago (pre-CRE), and although I learned a bit from their book, I didn’t find their “counselors” at all helpful, and if I had to do it over I would have spent my money elsewhere. I have not heard of anyone who has made any money with them, so far.
