I just started investing a few months ago. I am currently in the mortgage business in North Tampa. Trying to do more investing and less mortgages. Investing is just more exciting than the mortgage business. Helps to know that side of things though.

I lived in “CIGAR CITY” for over 15 years before moving to the socialist republic of Calif. (just kidding)
I know the Florida Market very well. I make HARD MONEY rehab loans and will sometiimes partner up on a deal.
