Im not going to the convention, What part of central florida do you cover? I live in Auburndale(small town in between Lakeland and Winter Haven) Just starting out and looking for ideas on all aspects of the business.

I am new and just getting started. I figured a hard core seminar would get my butt in gear and get me going in the right direction. hope I can join you all this year. Found this site about four months ago. I love it.

I live in Melbourne, just south of the Kennedy Space Center. I am studying and readying CREonline along with various other sites. did you buy any courses and which ones?

I think until I get some confidence, which I guess comes after a little experience, I am going to try to do some flips. Easy in and easy out…hopefully.

I am most interested in the Lease Option area, ive bought a course from Jeff Beaubein. It is straight forward and came with a cd full of documents that will be very useful. Do you belong to a Real estate investing club?
