I have the same question. I’m new to New Mexico and MH’s in general.(still live in the East but have property in NM) I read a “How to” article on CRE by Doug Ottersberg " Turning trailer courts into communities" and was happy to see in his bio he live’s in New Mexico. It’s a four part "How-To and well worth the read. This is the only referance to New Mexico I have seen on line so far. Hope someone else responds.
