Hello, I’m looking for someone in the Fort Walton Beach area who knows more than I do about real estate. I’d like to find someone who could help me with my first no money down deal. I’ve been thru the CS course once already and going through again. I want to do the mentor program but just don’t have the money. I’d be willing to offer part ownership of the property to anyone who could help me with that first deal. Thanks.
