There’s a MHP for sale in my area and one of the owners claims his partner (Pat McKee) is a well known MHP investor. Pat McKee sounds familar to me, but I’ve searched all over this site and don’t find his name mentioned anywhere. I haven’t spoken to him directly, but another person with this company claims they are a national buyer/seller of MHPs. The company is called Mobile Home Park Services, Inc. Just curious if that’s true and wanted to know if anyone has dealt with them.
