Hello All,
I remember Karl(ohio) doing some taking over payments of doublewides…hoping I’m remembering correctly. Any input about how these things come out? I have about 2-3 a month calling wanting to turn them back, sitting on lots and a little acreage.
In my area we don’t have many single MH that are for sale, but lots of these big ones.
Ideas?
