I bought Wright Thurston’s package on buying small apartments about seven years ago (what’s there is good, but very light on content). I recently picked up Eugene Volluci’s “How to Buy and Sell Apartment Buildings” from the library (still evaluating it). Amazon.com doesn’t show much at all on this seemingly hidden subject.
I have been investing in houses and duplexes for about 12 years and am interested in looking into apartment buildings. Does anyone out there know of any other educational resources on buying multi-unit buildings?
