There is a Big house I want to put a bid on. 2200 square feet. I just went by to see it about 5 minutes ago. The place is boarded up and in very bad shape (needs new roof has hole, new siding, seems like fire damage inside, sheet rock, carpet, and so on). They want $45,000 for itm, I am gonna offer $20,000. In that area I estimate after fix up it would be worth $100,000 - $120,000. I guestimate it will be around $30 - $40,000 to fix up.
WHat my questions are…
How do I find out the FMV before fix up before it is fixed up?
How do I get into a Boarded house to inspect, and have it appraised?
How do I get the Fix up money?
