Looking for a website that lists the average appreciation rates on real estate in different counties throughout the nation. Any of you know a site that has stats like that? Thanks!

GMan, it does not give avg appreciation rates there I do not think. I could not find them. It lists a bunch of agents and their opinions on the area.
