ARE THERE ANY GOOD MENTORING COURSES? - Posted by Nick

The most effective mentoring I have seen is where you have a successful person in your local area guide you thru everything personally. A good arrangement is to give him half the profits from your first deal for teaching you.

You will find the mass seminar teachers give you a generic course, then are available by phone with platitudes and standard school solutions. Way overpriced for what you get. You can probably get as good or better advice here on this board for free.

I had a question earlier about a Robert Allen mentoring course for $6000. The response was pretty much dont waste your money. Is there any mentoring course out there that is worth the money? Now I agree about educating yourself with multiple RE Investing courses but I also think from my research that a mentor can save you a lot of time which to me = money. I have seen many different mentoring courses online and I would like some feedback on which one to choose… if any?
