Well - if you don’t count my six personalities! LOL!

I’m calling on vacant properties to get wholesale to
sell to rehabbers.

I called this property owner last night introduced
myself and asked about the property and the first
thing out of his mouth was “are you an individual?”

I said yes. then after hanging up with him I started
thinking about it and since I will be doing a double
close - how do I handle this question when it comes up
again in the future?

Hi Mark:

I have folks saying that to me when I call and they don’t want to speak with brokers.

Once, when I said “I’m not a broker”, the gentlemen reponded “so you’re a speculator!!”
