Probably as simple as a phone call or two to a reputable company that does asbestos abatement. A professional should be able to identify if anything (floor tiles, outer shell, roof, insulation) is asbestos containing material with limited information on site. Some may need to be laboratory tested to verify.

Should be relatively painless if you keep in mind that asbestos (like mold and lead) is a “money” word; extra costs for testing, removing, and disposing.

I am in the process of upgrading my park from 10 and 12X prehud’s to larger
mid 80 14 x’s . Several are such rags that I couldn’t even give them away. So
I’ll have to pay to get rid of them. One the roof collapsed several years ago on a
snow load and has remained empty with just a temporary support in the middle
of the front room.

Anyway, you used to could just take them to the dump, and get rid of them, but
now the landfill wants an asbestos abatement certificate, has anyone dealt with
this before? Is there a painless way to get the abatement certificate?
