Sounds more like you need more HARDMONEY lenders who will be willing to back your deals. An asset is owned buy an entity, therefore since you do not own it(yet) you do not have an asset to pledge as collteral for the “asset based loan”.
Hope you can find your hardmoney, cause I still need one that will lend based on value(LTV), not contract here in MD.
