Jay,

Keep in mind that simply by assigning the deal does not necessarily relieve you of the responsibility of that deal. Get the seller to sign a separate document stating he accepts the NEW buyer and relieves you entirely.

It sounds like assigning is the way to go on the second half of the flip to avoid double closing costs…Cant find any info on this site about the how-to’s…Anyone know the procedure ???
