Does anyone here have current experience with assisted living facilities or conversions? We currently own several mobile home parks, storage units, houses, etc. and want to look at other possibilities. I’m very well versed in most real estate investments, but I’m not finding much information about ALF’s. I know they’re more of a busienss than an investment, but from the surface it appears they could be very lucrative. I’m specifically wondering what type of return other ALF investors are seeing and if anyone has experience with the federally-insured options available.
