i’ve used these programs with buyers and sellers before…there has to be a little bit of equity in the deal to be able to afford it. most loan programs will allow it, EVEN CONVENTIONAL… i’ve used neighborhood gold…i highly recommend these programs to get cash poor buyers into homes…

I came across the website that offers “Gift” to home buyers (http://www.realtyamerica.org).
This “gift” may be used for downpayment and/or closing costs for the buyer.
