Hello Everyone!
I’m brand new to this adventure and I was wondering if there is any way to search specifically for houses with VA or FHA loans closed before the “Due on Sale” clause took affect. I’m 23 yrs. old and don’t have very much money to start with. Also I don’t feel comfortable attempting the more complicated sales techniques until I get my feet wet. Any advice and comments would be appreciated! Thanks.
P.S. I stumbled on this site four days ago (can’t even remember how!) and at first I thought it was some sort of cheesey sales gimmick. However I became intriqued and stayed up late the last three nights reading everything I can and I must say I am extremely impressed with this site!! Now I’m excited to get started myself!
