Thank you for the kind words. I had a blast giving that talk, and am happy to hear it came across as down to earth. In my opinion, too many in the commercial real estate world use mumbo-jumbo as a smoke screen to intimidate those who don’t know the latest “biz-speak”.

I’m sorry to say that I missed the last part of your talk at the convention(flight back home) I enjoyed your energy and common sense answers and explanations to the world of investing in commerical properties. I took with me many ideas.
