Personally, i would speak to an attourney to have a water tight contract drawn up. Last thing you want is problems later on because of the specific wording of the contract.

I’m trying to put a group together in my area to bid on auction homes @ the courthouse. I don’t really now how to work the agreement between investors(limited partnership/joint venture, etc). If any ideas please let me know
