Rick,
There are several programs that have the 1003 and such, some are more expenxive than others. I use POINT by CALYX it ran me about 900.00 it has a lot of things that I need for my Mortgage Company I do not know the reason why you need but you could always scan it on to your computer and fill in the blanks.

I once heard of a slick software package where you could enter info into fields and it printed a nicely typed 1003. Does anyone know of such a package(s)? Thanks.
