Considering buying Abadoned MH, bank holds title, can get at a real good price. Catch is, 2k owed in back lot rent. IF i buy can park owner hold me responsible for rent owed? Tried to get PM to talk to owners about waving lot rent if i would fill some empty lots, but they won’t budge.
Would move it if i wasn’t liable for rent due.
Any help or suggestions?
