I am in control of over 800 acres in Andros Bahams. I need a lender t help finance purchase of additional parcels and refinance the ones I am in control of. I ned a private lender of a hard money lender. I need between $1MM and $5MM. Any ideas lenders or resources wlecome. I can be pretty creative.
