Go to your public library and read every book on real estate investing. That will give you a basic idea of where and how to start. And you can’t beat the price either!! Then come back and read all the posts and info on this website (they will make much more sence). Goodluck!

It is very hard to advise someone on ‘how to get started’ with no idea of what resources you have, what knowledge, education/experience, or even your goals.
Tell us where you want this business to take you, and what you have to work with?
Perhaps any materials you’ve studied if any as well?
From there, more specific info can be handed to you, or you directed to it.
For now, try the search function here, and type in ‘getting started’.
That will bring up a TON of posts from the past.
Your question gets asked around here often, so there is a lot of reading available.
From there, decide what method(s) of buying interest you most, and get a course from here that focuses on that technique.
Best advice I can give based on your post anyway.
