Hi Michael,
I attended a seminar in San Diego last weekend on this same topic … sort of.
It was put on by Entrust and it showed syndicators how to assemble the vast sums of untapped money that currently resides in retirement accounts (401K’s, IRA’s, etc) to purchase investment real estate.
This is a goldmine for syndicators.
