Be careful purchasing Russ Whitney’s program if you are not 100% sure beforehand. I recently purchased it and then cancelled the next day according to their terms in the contract they provided me. After MANY unreturned messages to the customer service dept. over two days time, I finally got a live customer service manager on the line who then was RUDE to me. The bottom line is that after they provided a contract and cancellation notice with specific terms of refund they now have refused to honor it. If you change your mind and decide to cancel…then you get a hassel from rude customer service members, don’t say you weren’t warned !
