That is great . I have a letter from one of the lender that have pre approve me for a loan.
I’m trying to get my first deal and also trying to get my first house. This apartment is getting too
small. Hopefully with the pre approved letter from the lender I can get something going.
I was even looking for a partner to try and go with one or two deal Till I get the hang of things.
I’m always open for suggestion it helps when you can get as much info as you can.
