There’s several out there, but I’ve found homeradar.com to have the most recent info. Once I used it to get comps on my personal residence for a refinance that were newer than the comps the appraiser found.

Which websites are most of you using to run comps??? Realtor.com wants to charge you now.
I have used yahoo, but the info. isn’t new enough.
Do most of you use other agents pull comps for you?
