I suggest you study “Buy it, Fix it, Sell it–Profit” by Kevin Myers. Although he is aiming at retailing, not wholesaling, he gives his suggestions on this question.

This question is for anyone who “specializes” in wholesaling. What type of neighborhoods would you say are better to farm for these deals? ex. lower end where there are older houses? I live in miami we have alot of these types of neighborhoods here. But in your experiences what type of neighborhoods do you find most of your deals for wholesaling? Thanks in advance.
