There are many good ones but they tend to be very area specific. The best ones I get will let you know by fax within hours of the filing of a default notice. Keep in mind though that that kind of service fetches a good price (hundreds of $$$ per year). There is a daily paper in the bay area called the Inner City Express that is a legal notices newspaper. It carries all of the default notice filings, sale notices, ficticious name filings, name changes, everything. Look around your area for a similiar paper. Once you have a line on a property, track it through the system and go after it when (and if) it makes it to sale or goes back to a lender.
